Prevented me from logging into my site

After installing this plugin and configuring it, I found that I could no longer log into my site.
I had to use FTP to remove the plugin’s folder on the server, and edit the main .htaccess file to remove the remnants of WP Fastest Cache entries before I was able to log in again. Not good!
