    Hello,
I have a document sharing website. Although this plugin is activated on my website, users are still able to upload the same file more than once within the same minute.

Is this because the free version does not update the index before each upload? And what about the pro version? Does it update the index immediately?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Sorry for the delay! I’m consulting with our plugin developers and will have a response to you early next week.

If you’d like to continue the conversation or send additional information, please email [email protected].

    Hi again, @esmus,

Once uploaded, a file gets indexed and hashed to check for duplicates. We would need to check where and how these files are being uploaded and are running through the WP upload functionality.

If we could get test user access to login to your site and see where the upload functionality is, we’ll have a better sense of what’s going wrong here. It might be that the upload functionality that is used is being added by a plugin — if that’s the case, which plugin are you using for that feature so we can replicate on our demo environments?

Please send along additional info via [email protected] or securely via https://cornershopcreative.com/website-online-tool-system-information/ and we’ll be happy to help!

    Thanks,
    Monica
