    Hi, after updating woocommerce to latest version (8.3.1) the Klarna Payments for WooCommerce plugin (3.2.3) is preventing our other payment gateways Stripe & PayPal from loading properly. On the checkout page only the Klarna option will work.

    There are no relevant errors appearing if we set wp_debug to true.

    We need to keep woocommerce updated and Stripe & PayPal working so our only option is deactivate the Klarna software.

    We have checked for theme and other plugin conflicts, everything else is fine.

    Have you had any similar reports recently? The WooCommerce update/release was within the last 24hrs so could be a new issue?

    Hi,

    We have not had any similar issues reported recently. If you deactivate the Klarna Payments for WooCommerce plugin is Stripe and PayPal visible then?

    Yes, if we deactivate the Klarna plugin then Stripe & PayPal (both native WooCommerce plugins) both work properly.

    Hi,

    Try to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce, Stripe, PayPal and Klarna Payment for WooCommerce. Also change the theme to Storefront which is the theme our plugins are tested for.

    I suggest that you try this in a staging environment of your site to make sure not to effect your live site and customers.

    Does the issue still persist?

    Apologies! It works fine after switching theme to default Storefront so it is a theme issue our side. We had checked this early on but possibly not with latest WooCommerce update.
