"Preview Changes" button

I found something really weird. When I click on the “Preview Changes” from the admin side of the “Edit Page” window it pops open into a new tab and none of the formatting is there, just the words. But if I right click on the “Preview Changes” button and select open in new tab it works like a charm.

Has anybody else encounte,ed this?
