How do I save the data bases and content?

Hi,

You will find guides on that. You will have to delete all the WordPress files, excluding /wp-content/ folder and wp-config.php file.

You don’t have to delete the database. But before you do that, post this about issue in the WordPress forum: https://www.ads-software.com/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting
