Preview different than customizer

  • Hi all,

    I’m very new and literally learning something new about WordPress every day.

    When I go to customize my theme I had added a lot of different things like menu etc, but when I go to preview the menu is not showing on my website?

    Why would this be? Is it an issue with the theme or WordPress?
