preview gallery images of poor quality

  • Good morning everyone, on all the galleries of the violaberlanda.com site I have poor quality gallery image thumbnails, I use the nextgen plug-in. Can anyone help me? Thank you

    Hi @jianninho,

    If you are using a retina display and do not have retina thumbnails active, then they can look blurry or low res.

    Try different devices and resolutions and see if that makes any difference to confirm what I just mentioned.

    Also, I see you have a Pro Display on your site. If you have a paid plan, please go to imagely.com/account and open a new ticket from there as we cannot provide support for paid features here.
