Preview Image Adding Image Dimensions To Name

Hello,
When I attempt to add a new GIF, the preview image keeps getting it’s image dimensions add to the name. A test GIF I uploaded called 1I9cSVE.gif produces 1I9cSVE-150x113_still_tmp. Any help would be appreciated.
