Preview image not loading for galleries

    The gallery preview images never initially load unless you goto the gallery then press “back”

    Is there any way to get the previews to always show?

    the example is the past debates tab… the site is built with DIVI

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Thank you for posting your issue in our forum.
    Would you please confirm if you have any optimization plugins/services enabled on the website ?
    Please also check the gallery settings page and let me know if you have the lazy load option disabled.

    lazy load was disabled and I had disabled the caching plugin in an effort to try and resolve this issue

    Hi @artistx ,

    Thank you for your reply and also your patience on this matter.
    We checked the issue with our team and they informed us that, we are counting container/image sizes after loading. The tab widget you are using loads the gallery and hides it, causing our size calculations to become incorrect for hidden elements.
    Unfortunately there could be no solution/fix from our end at this moment as this is how the plugin is designed.
