    Hi all,
The NextGEN Gallery plugin is working pretty well but since I added a new album, all the preview images are not working anymore.

If I try to remove my album or clear the image cache nothing change.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

    Hi @worldphotos,

Usually that has to do with the preview image getting removed or relocated. Please let us know if editing your album from “Manage Albums” and selecting a different preview image works.

    Hi,

I tried to change the picture preview on the Albums and the Galleries and no improvement.

To help understanding, I have 4 albums with a bunch of galleries in all of them.
I recently add a gallery in one album and all the preview pictures of all the galleries start to not show up.

I tried to remove the added gallery but no luck ??

Let’s access "NextGen Gallery -> Other Options -> Miscellaneous" and modify the "Maximum image count" field specifying a number that’d sum the amount of images per all of your galleries from the album to see if that’ll help.

I set this option from 500 to 50000 to test and no change.
(I have a total of 4?822 images on all galleries)

The strange thing is that if I go inside a gallery, all thumbnails and slideshow works perfectly, it’s only the gallery preview image that doesn’t work.

My WordPress was telling me to upgrade from 6.0.2 to 6.0.3 and since I made the upgrade, all preview images are now working –> https://www.worldphotos.ch/gallery/

Looks like there was a bug or something with version 6.0.2 of wordpress.

I guess everything is okay and I can consider this as resolved or you want some info as a local knowledge base?

Thanks again for the help and time passed on this ??

As an additional observation; I had this occur on one of my sites as well. I discovered that using the Other Options / Miscellaneous / Clear Image Cache function fixed it for me. Hope that helps anyone else who hits the issue.
