Preview is working, but on the site not

    Hi,
    I am trying to find the problem.
    I installed popup maker and i customized it.
    I want to show this popup on every pages on my site.
    When I click preview it works, but if i want to see it on homepage for example nothing shows on.

    Do you know the solution?
