Preview Link Image

Every site that makes a preview of a page does it their own way. You should be asking on the site that made that preview. If it’s Google, ask in the webmasters forum.

Its the same on every site I tried sharing on, Google, Facebook, Slack App

You’re using Yoast SEO, and it set this tag:

<meta property="og:image" content="https://grnrm.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/08/circle-with-disney-green.png" />

That’s the image you’re referring to: https://grnrm.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/08/circle-with-disney-green.png

Most services use the og:image tag these days, so I recommend asking at https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/wordpress-seo/ so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.
