• Hi

When I click the preview button to check a post before I publish it the preview page doesn’t display the post as it is displayed on the actual website, it seems to be missing some css.

Is their a way to resolve this?

    Thanks

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

    Hi
I have tried deactivating all plugins, that didnt work.

I have made my own design for the theme.

I put the post in a CSS div with a class that I made, when the post is diplayed on the website it uses this class which gives it a fixed width, it doesnt apply this div and class to the preview post.

Im presuming that I need to add this classed div to a page somewhere.

I’ve been having trouble with previewing anything when I’m using Chrome. The changes only show up in IE for some reason. But the following day, the changes will show up in Chrome.
So try viewing your posts in a different browser. Not that it solves the problem, but it narrows it down.
