‘preview’ not working

I can’t reproduce this error, so, let’s find out if this is a JavaScript conflict with something in your admin.

To find out if this is a JavaScript conflict, please try looking in the browser’s console for errors.

To open the console:

If your web browser is Firefox, you would press Ctrl + Shift + K and then click on Console.

(If you’re using Google Chrome, you would press Ctrl + Shift + J.)

With the console open, try the “preview” link again. Any errors would be listed in the console.

ok, i see what it is – you’re using a pop-up window to display the preview and i’m blocking it ??

however, the preview has some problems with the shortcode not working, though in the actual mail that is sent, these problems don’t exist

here’s an example of the preview the ‘click here’ are links, but the others aren’t

I see what you mean. The latest version (1.5.2) improved this by showing sample text instead of those tags. This will provide a better preview of the message body when you click “preview”. Hope that helps.
