Preview not working

    I know this is a common issue, but I’ve tried disabling Bootstrap, deactivating all other plugins and nothing works. It’s odd because the preview was working yesterday, and I’ve had no updates to anything since, and now it doesn’t work. The only change I made was uploading one new doc. After that, all files in the library return “The document cannot be retrieved. The GET operation on the URL returned an unsuccessful HTTP status code.” I’m using version 3.0.17 of mDocs with Avada theme version 3.8.8. This is an intranet with confidential docs, so I don’t want to give login details in a public forum.

    Just a FYI. I had mine working until I installed iThemes Security and activated the Advanced Settings, which broke the preview.
    After turning Advanced Settings off, I can again preview.

    What is the preferred method for viewing files? Google won’t work and I got a message saying I needed to use mbox with a dialogue to set that up that said it would take a long time, which it didn’t, and now none of them work. Also, how do I use the short code? Please respond!

    both are fine, 3.1.3 update had a small fix in it that my help your google docs problem.
