Preview not working, ads cropped on display

Hi,

When I go to preview ads after creating them, I get a blank screen – no display whatsoever. Not a big deal, just can’t figure out why it won’t show.

However, the thing that’s driving me crazy is that I’m trying to insert a Medium Rectangle ad – no matter where I place it, it will only display the top third of the ad.

On this page I’ve put it in the body of the post and the widget, to no avail. The ad examples are both images from my Media Library, but I’ve also tried this with Google AdSense with the same cropped results.

Advice? Recommendations?
