preview post in new window

  • Before I updated to 2.8.4 all previews where opened in a new window, now they open in the same window, making the dashboard disappear. Please tell me what to do so the previews use a new window again? Thanks!

  • Right mouse click with your browser is the only way that I know.

    By the way, from what I’ve read in other Open Source software forums is that automatically opening in a new window is a requirement for XHTML strict compatibility. I’ve noticed, however, that you can still create links in your own posts or pages that open a new browser tab or window.

    there must be a way, cause before i updated from 2.8.1 to 2.8.4 it worked fine.

    Preview always opens in a new tab for me (Firefox) WP 2.8.4, what browsers are you guys using?
