Preview working but not live

    I am looking to put a pop up on 2 pages. I set it all up and the preview was fine but when I go to the site, there is NO pop up at all. Not sure if I missed something, it said it was published and all info was put it. Please help!

    Hi @cocoaclouser,

    Was there any visibility conditions added to the popup? Could you please export both the popups and share the export file in the next reply so that we could have a better idea regarding what’s causing the issue?

    You can use Google Drive, Dropbox or any such cloud services to share the export.
