Previewing Messages

  • Hi, is there a way to preview messages from recipient’s end before sending (i.e. see how the recipient view your message with images, formatting, etc.).

    Sure. Send it to yourself. That may seem like a sarcastic response but I am serious. The easiest way to see how a message looks is to send it to yourself or a test account. Once you are happy with the content and formatting, send it to your target recipients.

    When you send an email in Email Users, you are returned back to the sending screen so you still have your content available.

    Although I have a test account, it looks like I can’t send it to myself as my own account with which I am logged in does not appear on the list of recipients to choose from. Some of my site’s users would like to be able to send to themselves as well. Is there a way to fix this?
