Previews in theme list do not work

Explain in detail what issues happened on your side, then provide information below to help us further investigate the cause of the issues.?

1. Is there other plugin activated alongside Gutenverse? If yes, please try deactivate it one by one and see if one of it caused a conflict. And please let us know if there is a plugin that conflicted with ours.
2. Does the issue happened after you updated our plugin? If yes, which version do you use previously before the update?
3. Do you have a live site that we could check? Please provide your site’s link if your issue is related to the site’s frontend layouts.
4. Could you send us screenshots or video regarding the issues? sometimes texts could be misinterpreted, that’s why screenshots or video explaining how and where the issues happening would be really helpful. You can use public sharing image/video sites?? to upload it and share the link in the support topic.
5. Please provide us with your Gutenverse System Status.

i don’t know why but for some reason i think gutenverse blocked my ip address because at first i couldn’t even access gutenverse.com but after i installed a VPN i was able to access the gutenverse website and previews/thumbnails were loading perfectly in themes list. i will just go ahead and mark this as resolved.
