Previous approval does not work

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, the “prior consent” does not work for me on my site. What do I have to do to activate it via the wp-plugin? The “Cookie blocking mode” is set to “automatic” in the plugin and also on “cookiebot.com”! But I received an email earlier that the “previous approval” is not activated.

    Hi,

    Automatic cookie blocking uses the results from the last scan, so if you recently added scripts, it’s a good idea to manually start a new scan.

    Also, we don’t block unclassified cookies (since they might be necessary). We recommend that you classify all uncategorized Cookies in the Manager.
