previous database got overwritten while installing WordPress

I had another two databases in my server. Now while want to install WordPress in another site I kept ” Automatically create a new database.” option checked in the advanced options. Still while installing it installed it in my previously created database which was at top position(created 1st) and as a result it got erased and I lost my contents.
