    Hello, i’m receiving the folowing pop up :

    Previous disconnect still processing

    A previous disconnect between Hawa Music and WooCommerce Integration is still processing. Please select a different business or try again later.

    i keep trying everyday but it is not working, i spoke with Facebook support, they said there is no problem from their side, and to contact the plugin’s support to solve this issue.

    Please advise

    You can reset the Facebook options, before moving forward make sure to take a backup of your site, then you can follow these steps:

    1. Deactivate Facebook for WooCommerce under Plugins > All Plugins
    2. Navigate to Facebook and remove the WooCommerce App by?following these steps on the documentation
    3. Navigate to your WordPress options page via: YourDomain/wp-admin/options.php
    4. Clear the value of the following fields:

    wc_facebook_external_business_id
    wc_facebook_system_user_id
    wc_facebook_business_manager_id
    wc_facebook_merchant_access_token
    wc_facebook_page_access_token
    wc_facebook_page_id
    wc_facebook_pixel_id

    4. Once that’s done, re-activate Facebook for WooCommerce extension under Plugins > All Plugins
    5. Go to Marketing > Facebook and click “Get Started” to set up the extension

    Let me know if that makes a difference.

    Hi Igor

    Thanks a lot for the help, unfortunately it didn’t work and still giving me the same error message.

    I did the steps exactly as mentioned except i couldn’t find but “wc_facebook_external_business_id” in the options.php.

    I hope there is a way to fix this as i really need it for my business.

    Hi,

    Can you please switch the site theme temporarily to Storefront, and then disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce? Then you can try to perform the steps mentioned above to see if that makes a difference.

    You can use the Meks Quick Plugin Disabler, this plugin will remember what plugins you currently have active, and it’s easy to switch them back on.

    If that does not work, can you provide a screenshot via https://snipboard.io – of how the issue looks on your end? And please share a copy of the fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if any).

    Thanks for sending the logs.

    ...No catalog ID...

    There was an error trying sync products using the Catalog Batch API for job XXX: Cannot create the API instance because the access token is missing.

    Can you please download this plugin:?https://d.pr/f/ek5BQl

    It will help to reset the connection with Facebook, and will add a “Reset” option at: WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Reset Facebook for WooCommerce, then click on “Reset”?https://d.pr/i/19UJUR

    Next, you can retry the connection workflow.

    Hi Igor,

    Thanks a lot for the help, only when i went on Facebook’s website, i managed to get to connected applications and i uninstalled woocommerce, then did the steps you mentioned and worked !

    I’m having the exact same issue, but have followed all your instructions and unfortunately nothing has worked. Do you happen to have any other suggestions?

    The one difference is when I attempted to make changes to the Options page, it said settings weren’t saved and nothing I did made it work.
