    It’s definitely easier if we can see the site as we can often get a feel for what is happening far more quickly than is otherwise possible. If you can go ahead and link to it that would be great and we’ll happily take a look.

    If that’s not possible then I’m afraid you really need more support than we can offer here and it would be more appropriate to approach us over on the Events Calendar PRO forum where you can share links privately and take advantage of a slightly higher level of support.
