Previous Feed Disappeared & Product mapping isn’t working with FB

    Hello, before the update I had a feed going to Fb to place all my products in the shop section of my FB Page. I went to manage the feed today and its not there. I tried to create a new one but FB is now blocking me from uploading the feed due to the Title section being missing. I’m entering the right information but am still being blocked.

    Can you please help.

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you seem to experience issues with the plugin.

    It is very unlikely that the plugin deletes products feed / configurations all by himself. Unless ofcourse you completely removed the plugin?

    In order to understand how you configured your product feed I need your help.
    Could you go to the “Manage feeds” page and add this to your URL &debug=true

    Your URL should look something like this now:
    ….wp-admin/admin.php?page=woosea_manage_feed&debug=true

    On the screen you should now see a box with a red line on the left side. Could you copy / past the content of that box and e-mail it to me on [email protected]?
    It will help me to understand how exactly you have configured your product feed.
