  • I am having the same issue. The data is stored correctly in the database (using the Contact Form DB plugin), but in my email, I get the following:

    Street: [multiform “address”]
    City: [multiform “city”]
    State: [multiform “state”]
    Zip: [multiform “zip”]

    It’s a 2-part form. All of these fields are from part 1. All of the part 2 fields work correctly.

    @marcuscrutcher – please post on your own thread next time. Refer to #10 on the description page. You only need [address] in your email.

    @jaydev943 – If you create a single contact form 7 form, does validation work in IE? Can you post a link so i can look at it?

    The form seems to work in ie 9 and 10. I did notice a javascript error so that may be preventing your version of IE from running the validation.
