    Hi,

    Our website which was created with wordpress has been deleted and we are having trouble finding who it was hosted with because our IT developer has unfortunately passed away we were being charged by bluehost every year for hosting but bluehose say the never had our site hosted and searches show that hosting was at amazon.

    I would like to get a copy of our website which until only a few weeks ago was live, can anyone please assist ?

  • Yes, the domain currently points to an AmazonAWS-owned IP address.

    But given Amazon’s size, it’s quite possible (even likely) that a 3rd-party service provider is using AWS infrastructure.

    Also, as the site doesn’t work currently, it’s impossible to even say if the site is actually currently hosted on an AWS server.

    The domain name “mobileconveyors.com.au” uses Microsoft’s Office 365 for email, and DNS is also managed through Office 365. If you have administrative access to .

    Another lead: as this is an Australian (.AU) domain, you can enter the domain name on the .AU ccTLD administrator’s website to see where a password-recovery email will be sent to: https://pw.auda.org.au/

    When I did the suggestion above, I got feedback that a recovery email has been sent to an email address ending in the domain myitsupport.com.au. A quick look at this website shows this is an IT support provider based in Brisbane. If you haven’t been in touch with this company, I’ll suggest you reach out to them.
