Thanks, but I actually re-typed it out, based on a friend sending me the email version. It has permanently disappeared somehow. If you know of any ways to avoid it happening in the future, please let m eknow.

I’m not sure how that could happen. I recommend opening a ticket on the wordpress.com support forums since your site is hosted there. They may be able to provide more details.
