Can you disable the sticky add-to-cart at the bottom? Your theme should have an option to disable it.

It keeps refreshing automatically. As soon as I enter the page, I’m in an endless loop of refreshes.

It is not refreshing at my end. can you clear your cache?

I get this behavior in the 3 different browser I tested (chrome, edge, firefox). Perhaps a misconfiguration somewhere. Can you try it in a different browser where you are not logged in into your WP admin.

I’m sorry but I can’t debug this issue if your site is having other problems that need to be fixed first. Please look into the refreshing issue do I can properly test your site. Then I can come in and debug.
