"Price" and "Add to Cart" text strings

Hi,

I have the following 2 translation issues to Italian:

1) On Product Page, “Price” does not translate to the Italian version but remains in English.

2) I would also like to change the Italian version of “Add to Cart” to a different text to better fit my shop.

Where/how can I edit the text strings?
