price calculation on the product was not possible

    Hello

    A customer in the US gets an error that reads “price calculation on the product was not possible” right below the coupon area while in checkout.

    Is this a Woocommerce error or is this part of a text from another plugin.

    I’m trying to figure out where it comes from but I cannot replicate the error myself, neither me or another person (who also lives in the US, as I’m EU) are able to get the error (not on chrome nor firefox).

    Any help or directions are appreciated.

    Hello @mansemat,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I haven’t seen this message in WooCommerce before and tried to search the text with Loco Translate which did not find any source text. Thus, it’s likely coming from your theme or from one of your plugins.

    What I recommend is using Loco Translate to search for that text or even better String Locator which will let you search the entire WordPress directory, so that you’ll have a chance to locate the text and see which plugin it comes from.
