Price depends on gold price

    Hi there,

    I would like to know if it’s possible to let the price of WooCommerce products depend on something fixed, like the gold price.

    Is it possible to add a field to WooCommerce to add the fixed (gold) price which calculates the price of the products like for example 2.5x the fixed price?

  • Yes you could create a template override and add a custom feild maybe called Gold… Then where the price is displayed multiply that by the value of the gold field value…

    Thanks for the quick reply! Could you explain yourself a bit more? How could I create a template override so that the price will be used, also in the following pages?

    Did you figure this out? Just wanted to let you know you should be able to do this using filters as well.
