Price didn’t match

  • Hi, I use this plugin to connect GTM with our site (woocommerce).
    All plugins and wordpress + woocommerce are up to date.
    The prices of the products purchased on the site and displayed in analytics in enhanced ecommerce mode do not coincide.
    Esample:
    € 4,50 in the site
    € 4,76 in the analytics
    have any of you had the same problem?

    Hi Emi,

    This might be because of the tax setting in WooCommerce.
    Are you using any tax option in WooCommerce?

    Hi Thomas thanks a lot to reply me.
    I also thought this but the tax does not match. We sell products with 22% tax included.
    € 4,50 + 22% = € 5,49 not € 4,76
    Any idea?
