Price display: Show each option’s price delete bug

There seems to be a bug when deleting a price option the select dropdown shows an empty entry whilst this is not the case pre-deleting the option from our configuration.

This causes issues with the conditional fields and if the conditional field is required we won’t pass validation at this point.

Please look into this issue.
