    Doesn’t matter what Gift card amount you choose, the checkout always shows zero. Customers try to buy but cannot pay for it. I found an old thread in this forum but is closed. It speaks about add to cart button redirect to checkout. In the cart page it already shows zero, then same at the checkout. Is there anything you could do to assist please?

    Hello there,
    we hope you’re doing well!

    I can see what you say on your site, but in my installation and in the demo of our plugin it works correctly.

    If any of your plugins or your theme has the AJAX add to cart functionality, you will need to disable it as it is not compatible with our plugin.

    If you do not have this functionality or are unaware of it, I recommend performing the following tests to see if at some point the problem disappears:

    • update the plugin, WC and WP to the latest version.
    • change to a default WP theme like 2023.
    • Leave only WC and our plugin active, and activate your plugins in batches until you find the one that conflicts.
