Price don’t change with specific role

  • Hello,
    I′m using the basic version.
    Prices don’t change when I log with a wholesaler role.
    I fill the price in the field “Individual Product Price Adjustment” in the product page.
    Do i must to upgrade to premiun version to be able to put differents prices for role in the product page?
    I′m working with 1.3.2 plugin version and woocommerce Version 6.8.2.

    Could you please test the plugin compatibility on your site to check If any third-party plugins clashing with our plugin? As the same scenario works as expected in our test environment.
    Please note, that the Free version of our plugin?will only support simple products. Also, Please confirm If you have created the Wholesale role with our plugin or any third-party plugin.

    Hello, thank you for your help.
    I’m working with simple products and I create wholesale rol with your plugin.
    I just create the rol, choose the option “Individual Product Adjustment” for this role and add the price inside the product in “Role Based Price” for it, is that all I need to do or I’m forgettin anything?
    I also using DIVI with a DiciCircuit child theme.

    Yes, You are following the correct steps. We have cross-checked the scenario in the test environment and observed it to be working fine.
