    I had been using Emojics for 6 months, then on the 7th month the price plan doubled to US$19.00 without any warning. I contacted support via the chatbot on emojics.com, and they rectified this and reverted the price back to original US$9.50.

    Now 6 months later it has happened again, but now I can’t contact support via email, chatbot or via the product dashboard. Help just goes to the knowledgebase. Email accounts @emojics.com are refused ‘<[email protected]>: connect to emojics.com[13.251.147.60]:25: Connection refused’.

    Seems like they have abandoned the product?

    They were having problems with their email for a few weeks. Customer support apologised, and have fully refunded the doubled pricing. All good.
