Price Filter

  • Hello, I am kinda having an issue with this plugin, using Divi default theme. I understand that there’s a lot of issue with Themify plugin and Divi so just wanted to sort it out. The issues that I am having are:

    1) I am unable to set a higher price range for the price filter as the max range I can only set is 20 or the description is stated that the max range is 20. Is there anyway to fix this?
    2) Price Filter doesn’t work when I am filtering a certain price and the products displayed are not completed. Meaning, I set a filter range of 15-20$. Assuming I have 20 products of that price range and only 2-3 is shown.

    Hi,

    We’ve rolled out a major update. Try the latest version and see if this issue is resolved. If it is not, could you post the URL where we can see it?

    Sadly, it’s kinda even worst now. The price filter doesn’t even appear. Here’s the settings that I did. I didn’t alter anytg and it doesn’t even appear on the shop page. However, the product category works as always. Only the price filter is the issue.

    Hi I’m having the same issues as @chong01

    Was there any fix to this?

    Also the search for other categories which are in dropdown menu are not working. Basically when I click on a category it states no product found and when i untick the category then the searched products appear.
