Price filter not working

    Dear Filter Everything support,

    I have installed the free version of the plugin and all the other filters are working fine, just not the price filter. The Range Slider isn’t moving at all and when I insert any number in the field, I get zero results.

    I am considering to purchase the pro version but first I want to make sure that the plugin is working for my needs.

    Can you please share how you created the price filter?

    Also, this might be an issue with the other plugin on the site, which is causing conflict. You can try to deactivate some other plugins from the site to test it all.

    If you are using WooCommerce the price meta key is _price

    Please try to recreate it with the correct meta key and test it.

    Thanks a lot for your help, the price filter is now working.

    One more thing I would like to change about the filter is, that the product sub categories would only appear after the parent category has been selected. Could you confirm that this is something that is possible to configurate in the pro version of the plugin?

    No, not really, all you can do is display categories in the hierarchy view like on this page – https://demo.filtereverything.pro/posts/
