Price getting marked out as 0.00

  • On the packing slips the price in the Product detail line are getting marked out as $0.00 and then shows the price correctly after that. It only happens on a couple of our products variations for our engraved lights and it is completely different for whomever generated the PDF. Some admins get it and other do not. Any idea what could be causing this?
