    Hi,

I have the Flexible Shipping zones with Taxable configuration enabled, but i also have the option “Yes, I will enter prices inclusive of tax” enable, so i insert all the values already with tax.

But in Flexible Shipping if I insert the value with tax, for the clients in checkout it will add the tax again. Follow the examples:

Price with Tax (Inserted on Flexible Shipping rule): 5,00€
In checkout it will appears: 6,15€ (+23% Tax defined in Standard Rate)

And the value should appear 5,00€.

    Can someone help me ?

    Thanks

    Hi @paulodiasbcd,

Is the Shipping checkbox ticked in the Tax rates table’s last column at WooCommerce > Settings > Tax > Standard rates?

    Kind regards,

    Hi,

the tax calculation is on the side of WooCommerce. In Flexible Shipping, you can change the tax status only in the shipping method settings.

    Best regards

    Hi @grola ,

I think you aren’t understanding the issue.

We know the tax calculation is on the WooCommerce side, however even if you have the option “Yes, I will enter prices inclusive of tax” on the WooCommerce configuration, if you insert the price with tax on the Flexible Shipping side, the value for the customer will be:

    – Value inserted in Flexible Shipping + tax

    Instead (correct way):

    – Value inserted in Flexible Shipping (Since we have configured in WooCommerce “Yes, I will enter prices inclusive of tax” and the WooCommerce should interpret this value are already with Tax)

    Did you make me understand?

    Hi @paulodiasbcd,

please check if tax will be added when you use the built-in flat rate shipping method.

I’m glad to inform you that we have just released the Flexible Shipping 4.8.0 update containing a new feature, that allows you to choose between adding shipping costs with or without tax.

If the WordPress updater hasn’t informed you about the newer versions available, please check for the updates manually by choosing the Dashboard tab > Updates > Check Again option.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.
