The application is hosted using PHP FPM version 8.1 (32 bit)

Your PHP and WooCommerce versions seem to be up-to-date, so it’s unlikely that the issue is related to them. However, did you try using a different stable version?

Additionally, using the PHP-FPM version might not be a good decision as it has a known vulnerability issue: https://www.ambionics.io/blog/php-fpm-local-root
