Price Not Showing

  • This page was working so when you entered in a price, the pop up window would then show the price in the payment field. Now, it shows 0, no matter what price you enter before you hit ‘Donate’. I’ve updated plugins/themes, de-activated other plugins, etc… no luck.

    If I use a set price, and remove the ‘open pricing’ part, then the price shows up fine in the pop up box and payment processes correctly. Thoughts?

    1. What recent changes have you done in your site? Was it working before?
    2. Are you using some sort of plugin to open that popup? Or is that a custom code? Maybe you just have to set the correct input ID
