• I’m in the stages of testing at the moment and may have found a little glitch. I’ve got a photography page set up as follows with these attribute options:

    ============
    Photo Type = Canvas
    Photo Size = 8x12inch
    ============
    Photo Type = Print Only
    Photo Size = 8x12inch
    Paper Type = Lustre
    ============

    So with the plugin I’ve made the “Paper Type” only show when selecting “Print Only”. Both Photo Types work fine when selecting the Print Only option first, but if you start out by selecting the Canvas option first and then the Size, the price doesn’t show nor does the add-to-cart button become active.

    Have I missed something in the set up process or is this a glitch? Absolutely loooove the plugin by the way, I was so happy when I discovered it!

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi – I have a similar problem, and it looks like your problem is resolved… can you tell me how you fixed it?

    Hi Atanda,
    I just found a little workaround for now until they can fix it.

    Under Variations, I set the “Default Form Values” to all have a default paper type, even though a paper type would obviously not apply if choosing a “Canvas” print type.

    The linked attribute of “Paper Type” is then only visible if selecting the “Print only” or “Framed Print” print type.

    Hope that helps.

    I’ll try to see what the issue with this is, maybe it’s the new version of WooCommerce. I’ll have to test to confirm the issues.

    I’m excited to see that you’ve responded and will look into this issue. You can see my example of the problem at https://alexander-palm.com/photography/shop/fine-art/zentralflughafen-v/ – 40×40 and 50×50 work properly when a frame is selected, 90×90 (which has the ‘none’ option for frame) doesn’t. I can give you access to this ‘under construction’ site if that’s helpful.

    thank you @dingo_d that would be excellent.

    @dingo_d Any luck with addressing these issues? I’m almost ready to go live with the website but just a few issues with this plugin holding me back from being able to.

    Happy to donate some funds if you could develop the plugin further?
