Price not updating on checkout

    I have problem. The plugin does the calculation correctly in the product page but when you buy the product, it doesn’t add the PPOM Fields in the basket and checkout.

    You mention ppom, but our plugin is a different one. Moreover, we would need a no link to a product page with the issue.

    Hello, sorry is that I have been trying several plugins and I have the same problem, both in the “Advanced Product Fields (Product Addons) for WooCommerce” and in the “PPOM” so I could see several people the same thing happens, I think it is an ajax problem. I’m working local, I don’t have any links, sorry.

    Is there any solution to solve the problem?

    Hi @wp-yeyo

    Without a link it is hard to debug but if you click “add to cart” on a product page, and your page does not refresh, it means your theme is using “ajax add to cart”. In that case, our free version won’t work. Some themes have a setting to disable ajax add to cart so you can try looking for that.
