    Hello. The price is hidden. The free edition either doesn’t work sometimes for a technical reason (“can’t open file for reading to import”) or else it’s blocked from opening for reading because you want a paid upgrade.

    I trusted your plugin and made a LOT of backups with it at my current host, in order to move out. Only to get the (“can’t open file for reading to import”) error message, so that most of my backup files done with your plugin are either broken, or can’t be opened because you’ve locked them somehow pending payment…. but there is NO PRICE listed at your ServeMask web site, and this is very infuriating. It has cost me a bundle in burning my DATA to download these backups, and reupload them only to find they don’t work!

    Will they start to work if payment is made?

    If yes, then what’s the PRICE, where can we find the details, please?

    You can browse your backups with Traktor.

    For premium products please reach over to our support team.
    Premium products are not supported on these forums.

    So, what does this mean? What size of a backup using the FREE version can be imported?

    I do not yet have a premium product, because I haven’t yet seen whether the free product works. So, I am staying in the free forum until I can establish whether the free version works, and what the backup limit is on the free version. Thank you.

    This is even more infuriating than finding all the backup folders I made with your plugin are not installable. I asked about the PRICE, you did not NAME the price, you gave me a sign-in panel, go over here for PREMIUM support! PREMIUM at what price? And what the h— is the point of Tractor, I can look at the file contents online, but I have no access to them offline to rescue my own web site, and you still refuse to state the price and conditions. You don’t deserve my business, quite frankly.
