    Hi,

I see it returns ‘0.00’. It is possible that you overwritten your options and now price calculation is broken. Please ,check the docs for the info on how to debug.

I didnt overwrite them. I again tried to duplicate an italian product and set it as a german product (as i translated it with string translation) but the problem remains..: no price update.

Of course, because you did a copy from the product with already overwritten options. If it returns ‘0.00’ after ajax request it means that the product config is broken. It happens when you overwrite options from another product. Please, read the documentation.

    Ok,
If i create a new product in german i am not able to syncronize an option that i created in italian. (i have to create an extra option)
In previous version this was possible..

Uni CPO itself does not handle languages. So, probably such restriction you reported is because of how your multilang plugin works.

i found the solution for my problem: wpml->settings->post type translations->set uni cpo options to “not translatable”

but now i don’t find the strings of the options anymore.. i also tried to scan for them..

    Hi,

Try asking in our fb group Builderians if somebody has experience with using wpml.

could you clarify when you made some changes on your plugin that affects the translation of the strings?
it worked some time ago, thatswhy i am asking for it.
    Thnx!

I did not make any significant changes.

I hope changes will be made in future updates, so that the strings are translatable as in previous editions. Multilingual is real important.

    This is what WPML says:
    Hello,

Thank you for the provided details. Indeed this plugin is not in our list of compatible plugins at: https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/ it means we can’t garantee it will work properly with WPML.

I couldn’t find any place to translate them, and I also consulted our issue tracker and our compatibility team didn’t provide any workaround for that as it doesn’t seem possible to translate using WPML the conventional way.

A customer facing the same issue, provided a workaround at: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/hello-i-cant-translate-product-options-in-woocommerce-uni-cpo/#post-1134001 so, for now it seems to be the only solution possible. I also recommend to contact the plugin author in case they offer a better workaround.

Hope it brings some clarifications to your issue, have a nice day.

Sorry, but no, it does not bring the clarification. Strings were translatable and are like that now. After all the updates. We have several language versions which are maintained by users and all the strings are getting translated. Nothing changes from our side. The plugin can be translated via Polylang, for instance.

Also, if it was working for you, but never was compatible for WPML, then how it was working for you then?)) Of course, they say that plugin is not compatible because it is really a mess of how WPML works and, to be honest, the way we handle global options. It will not work by duplicating posts. BUT. It works by using string translation. Always worked.
