    My Price plans seem to disappear. They still are in the created performances… but twice when I have wanted to change something, I have noted that the price plans are gone. I THINK it may happen after an automated version update.

    Do you make a database backup of the site before you do an update (if not why not!)? If so, I would like to see a copy of your stageshow DB tables before and after the update. As before, you can get in touch via my contact page.

    If you don’t have backups, then a copy of your current DB may reveal something (but I think it’s unlikely).

    There haven’t been any other reports of problems with Updates and Price Plans …. usually if there is a general problem I hear about it from multiple users, so it could be something specific to your site.

    I will check. I don’t think I did a backup before the last plugin update. It may be an issue on my side. I will take another look at it.
