Price round up on the cart

I have site I entered prices without the VAT since it also sell out of the country and there is no need for the VAT, I showing the price without numbers after the dot, as the client want.
One of my product is selling on 162 without the VAT, the VAT is 17%, after the VAT the price is 189.54 and it show on the site as 190 and this is OK, but when I update the cart from 1 item to 2 items the total is 379.08 and it show as 379, how do I show the 379 as 380 that is 190 * 2?
