Price rule doesn’t work

Hello,
After an update to Woocommerce (our current version is 4.1.0) the pricing rule that we had before and that was working well doesn’t work anymore. The rule offers a special offer discount for each 2nd item that is added to the cart. I have tried to set it up again, but now it applies not only to the second item but also to the first one.
